From vines over 40 years old. This wine is very young in its life. Drinking very well, but will mellow for many years. New French oak for about 20%. Wild ferment. 2017 provided ideal tannin ripening conditions – essential to a premium Cabernet Sauvignon. Ripe berries, olives, blackcurrant, and lovely spice from oak on the finish. Smooth even now whilst youthful, this wine will become even more luscious in time. Enjoy now or cellar (in appropriate conditions) for up to 10 years.
